2. Nature of the Service

- facilitating reservations
- enabling online payments via the Rentlio system
The accommodation advertised is privately owned by an individual, the host.
Sakarun Grupa d.o.o. is not the accommodation provider, but acts solely as an intermediary.
3. Reservations
- Reservations are made through the Rentlio booking system.
- A reservation becomes valid upon confirmation.
- We reserve the right to refuse any reservation.
4. Payment
Payments are processed via secure online systems integrated with the Rentlio platform.
Sakarun Grupa d.o.o. may receive payment on behalf of the accommodation owner and transfer it to the owner, while retaining a commission.
5. Invoices
Invoices for accommodation services are issued by:
- the accommodation owner, private host
Sakarun Grupa d.o.o. issues invoices only for:
- intermediary services, commission
6. Prices
- All prices are expressed in euros (€).
- Prices are subject to change depending on season and availability.
- The valid price is the one at the time of booking.
7. Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation terms apply:

| 7 days or less before arrival | 100% |
No-show is charged in full.
8. Reservation Changes
- The first reservation change may be free of charge, subject to availability.
- Each additional change may incur an administrative fee.
9. Liability
The accommodation owner is responsible for:
- quality of accommodation
- accuracy of the listing
- delivery of the service
Sakarun Grupa d.o.o. is not responsible for:
- accommodation defects
- cancellations by the owner
- disputes between guest and owner
10. Contractual Relationship
By making a reservation, the user enters into a direct contractual relationship with the accommodation owner.
11. Website Usage
It is prohibited to:
- provide false information
- misuse the system
- attempt unauthorized access
12. Copyright
All content on the Website is the property of Sakarun Grupa d.o.o. and may not be used without permission.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
14. Jurisdiction
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court in Zadar, Croatia.
